Charles “Charlie” Barham

Mr. Barham was elected to the Louisiana State Senate for five terms from 1964 to 1972 and again from 1975 until 1987. He served the 35th Senatorial District in Lincoln, Jackson, and Union parishes and portions of Ouachita, Claiborne, and Bienville parishes. Upon retirement from the senate, Mr. Barham continued practicing law and lobbied for the banking industry from 1998 to 2001.
