Charles D. Lancaster , Jr.

Lancaster holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and received his Juris Doctor from Loyola. He served 22 years in the US Army National Guard and retired as a Major. A practicing attorney for 43 years, Charles Lancaster was selected to serve in the House of Delegates of the La. State Bar Association. Representative Lancaster was first elected to the La. Legislature in 1972; serving until 1976. After a four-year sabbatical, he was re-elected and served until his retirement in 2008.
