Clarence R. Fields
Fields has been Mayor of Pineville since Dec. 14, 1999. Mayor Fields is serving in his 6th term as Mayor – the last 4 of which he was unopposed in his re-election. Fields also serves on many community and state-wide boards including the Rapides Area Planning Commission, the Metropolitan Planning Organization and the Rapides Council on Aging. Mayor Fields also served as President of the Louisiana Municipal Association and currently serves on the LMA’s Executive Board.
