Edmund M. Reggie
Judge Edmund Reggie was born in Crowley and became America’s youngest judge in 1950 at the age of 24. In 1961, President Kennedy appointed him as American Specialist to the Middle East. During his 25 years on the bench, no decision of Judge Reggie’s was reversed by an Appellate Court.
