John C. “Juba” Diez is currently the manager of Diez Business Machines. After 40 years of ownership this business was purchased by Champion Industries in 1999 although the business still operates under the Diez name. He served as Louisiana State Representative from 1975-2003. A democrat while serving, Diez changed his party affiliation to republican in 2003.
