Richard Baker
Richard Baker began his public service at the age of 23 when he was elected to the La. House of Representatives in 1971, where he served 15 years. In 1986 Mr. Baker was elected to the U. S. House of Representatives. While in Congress Mr. Baker was a ranking member of the House Financial Services Capital Markets Subcommittee, and is also a member of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and the U.S. House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs.
