Thomas “Jerry” Huckaby
Mr. Huckaby served as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1977-1993. During his tunure Mr. Huckaby served on the Agriculture Committee, the Budget Committee and on the Interior Committee. He secured legislation that created the Tensas National Wildlife Refuge, the Saline Bayou Wild and Scenic River, the Poverty Point National Monument, the Kisatchie Hills Wilderness, and the Upper Darbonne National Wildlife Refuge.
