Wiley W. Hilburn
Hilburn is a Ruston native who is chair of the Journalism Dpt. At La. Tech Univ. and heads their news bureau. Once the editor of the Ruston Daily Leader, he is a longtime weekly columnist for the Shreveport Times and the Monroe News Star. He has also served as an editorial writer for the Shreveport Times.
